Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days to the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe, depending on your location and local customs processing. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your door.

Customs and import charges
